Our Marine remanufactured, rebuilt engines:

Block is line bored

Cylinder is custom bored to a diamond hones finish for Mahle Rings

Crankshaft is custom ground and micro-polished with a Q-Pac micro polisher

Rods are matched, reconditioned rods with diamond hone finish

Camshaft is new melling marine camshaft

Rings are high performance Mahle rings

Main and Rod bearings are high performance racing bearings

Freeze plugs are brass

Oil pump is high volume

Viton valve stem seats are high heat seals

Valve springs are high performance

Heads have a three angle valve job

Gaskets are Felpro or Corteco marine gaskets with stainless steel fire rings on the head gasket.
